1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Course Enrollment Cancellations: If a student cancels their enrollment within 7 days of purchase and has not accessed the course content, they are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues:If a student faces unresolved technical difficulties accessing the course despite all attempts at support from our team, a partial or full refund may be granted, depending on the situation.
  • Duplicate Payments:In cases where a student mistakenly makes multiple payments for the same course, the extra payment(s) will be refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • If the course has been accessed or more than 20% of the course material has been completed by the student.
  • If the student fails to complete the course due to personal circumstances, including internet issues, device incompatibility, or lack of required technical knowledge.
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days of enrollment..
  • If the student has already been issued a certification for the course.

3. Digital-Only Policy

All of our services, including course materials, certifications, and support, are provided entirely in digital format. We do not issue or ship any physical documents, certificates, or other materials. Therefore, there is no return policy for physical goods, as no physical products are delivered.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Date of enrollment
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Course Changes or Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, if a course is canceled by REFIX TRAINING INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
